Fried Egg Sandwich

Wow. This breakfast sandwich is utterly amazing. The vegan fried egg is almost spot-on. The bun is fluffy and soft. The combination of salty (from the house-made tofu bacon) and savoury (from the rest of the sandwich) is literally perfect. My friends and family members have all agreed that this sandwich is a winner.
