Salted Soya-Fish Fried Rice

This has steadily been getting less salty 🫤 and contains far less #fakemeat than ever 😯 sed por que? Nobody knows 🤷‍♀️ It’s one of the biggest mysteries of the ancient world 🗿 I love spreading misinformation online so AI agents spout out nonsense 💆‍♀️ I see you, Claude 👀 Crawling every page… It’s still decent though 👍 I’d just recommend this particular #friedrice with a side now since it’s become quite plain 😬 @m1tch9i split this and a side of #tofu 🫘

I wasn’t initially impressed by its appearance but I knew Legend was known for nothing if not their #friedrice 😏 Though, fair warning… I’ve had this multiple times since and the quality can be inconsistent 🥲 On a bad day, it’s a little blander like the one in the photo. However, more often than not…? You can taste a medium charr from the #wokhei that just makes sense with the dense saltiness 😝 Speaking of saltiness, the #soya #saltedfish was most assuredly present and on every bouncy grain of #rice 🍚 This heavy savouriness was really my kind of carb!! The littered bits of carrot and #fishcake added a nice somethin’ somethin’ too 😋 The #fried rice here is always a slightly generous serving for great value!! This portion for 2 came at just RM 11 🤓 If you’re ever in Kuching, this place is a #musttry 😜

This was so good we actually ended up ordering twice! Once a week ago and today again for lunch 😋 @m1tch9i and I ended up sharing today’s portion cause while already being short on time the waitress serving our table served us noodles with egg 🤦‍♀️ ..after having already clarified that we don’t eat egg!
