Vegan Cheesecake

Very smooth “cheesecake”, a bit sour perhaps lemon zist, cashew and coconut based cheesecake.. totally love it.

Citrus cheesecake! What's not to like. This was amazing, even though I was so full by the end of the meal that I had to bungkus half of it (which I still have in my fridge) #cheesecake #vegancheesecake
