This is not your classic lasagna! Butternut squash pieces are your noodles here. It
still feels reminiscent of the classic with the marina and a cashew based ricotta. Heavy but yummy.

This was super yummy! Really good cheese and very filling. It is mushy but I
liked it.
Unfortunately, this was the worst thing we’ve tried on the menu (by a wide margin).
The concept is replacing the traditional pasta with planks of butternut squash. It sounded good to me, but the #squash was cut way too thick and the entire dish lacked the satisfying texture and flavour of a lasagna. The side salad was fantastic however. This is a weak spot in an otherwise great #veganrestaurant . #glutenfree
