Grilled Mushroom Scallops

Delicate presentation and the king oyster mushrooms were very much like scallops. very tasty except portion is small.

The mushroom scallops are as tasty as they look. The mushrooms are done just right and have a slightly crispy skin. The insides are perfectly juicy and go well with the green sauce. The only downside was the small portion.
