Vegan Peanut Butter Doughnut

Quando siamo passati avevano solo due donuts vegani, questo è stato il più soddisfacente tra i due. L'impasto è ben lievitato e soffice, per i miei gusti si sente un pò troppo il sapore dell'olio ma qui comunque il sapore che predomina è quello delle arachidi grazie alla ricca glassa e alla granella. Insane donut. Absolutely massive, really good texture, surprising buttery taste? I liked the peanut glaze and the crunch of the sugar bits and whatever seed was inside.

This was a really tasty doughnut and great to have an option like this right in the city centre! For one doughnut it is really pricey so it wouldn’t be a regular treat, but definitely great to have tasty options available!
