Vegan Tamale Supreme

Good vegan Mexican food is tough to find, so Tamaliza was a happy find. I ordered the GF version, so happy they can accommodate lots of diets. The tamale was tasty, healthy, and filling. Definitely going back here to try the vegan enchiladas! #mexican

Awesome tamal! Authentic and healthy. It's hard to find vegan tamales, they're usually made with lard if they're authentic. Nice bedding of beans and toppings to make for a filling, but not heavy meal.
