Sunshine deli came to our local vegan market today and I finally tried their eggs!
The lady owner let me try one! Very odd to be eating something so.. well egg like! The ‘yolk’ is crumbly just like the real thing and it was as close as I think you can come to an actual egg. Would definitely slice them up on a sandwich like I used to! Protein source too:) I bought a scotch egg to take home which is awesome! Awesome ‘sausage meat’ and crumb. Also tried the pies but sadly I didn’t like those.. they had a particular herb in that I can’t place and I am not a fan of. My partner snaffled them up though :)
