Assam Fish Bee Hoon

Had this most of the ingredients are not so fresh, especially the lady fingers 😐 bee hoon are also in pieces. 🥴

Nice and spicy. Double chilli mark on the menu is fair warning to anyone not into spice. A bit sweeter than I normally like, could do with more crunch. Perhaps more bean sprouts or cucumber. But still enjoyable.

Spicy and sour, love the seaweed fish here. Its not fried so it retains the taste of seaweed and soy.
