Vegan Potato Cheddar Pierogi

I grew up eating #pierogi and oh my GOD did Stanley’s not disappoint! These potato and cheddar #veganpierogi were soft and flavorful on the inside with a delicious chewy exterior. They were served with a drizzle of #vegan sour cream, caramelized onions, and sharp scallions. At a staggering $16 for six pierogi I found the price a bit of a bitter pill to swallow, but honestly if I had an opportunity to eat these again I wouldn’t hesitate 😅 They were phenomenal!

One of the best things I have eaten all year… These fluffy clouds of potato perfection topped with coconut sour cream and caramelized onions made me feel like I was in pierogi heaven. 😇 My favorite dish at #vegandale !
