Hummus and Roasted Red Pepper Sandwich

I asked what vegan options there were, as I thought it was just this sandwich and a jacket potato. The staff member told me there was an option for vegan quiche and that most items can be veganised as they stock vegan cheese which not a lot of places do to be fair! Still opted for this sandwich and it's absolutely gorgeous. It's my go-to now! Always presented lovely and tastes beautiful
