Spezzatino Di Lupini Con Verdure

Very tasty dish, personally I expected to taste more the flavour of the lupin beans, but it was actually covered by the spices. The grilled zucchinis on the base of the plate weren't mentioned in the menu, but they were really good together. Overall the dish was really good, we got also the tortelloni with ragù, which was also really good. The owner was also super nice.

The peas weren't excellent but the lupin dice were great

Gli straccetti di lupino credo provengano dallo stesso produttore dell’affettato di lupino, non sono stati ulteriormenti insaporiti.. presi e sbattuti nel piatto. E quell’impiattamento con il purè non si puó vedere.. bella l’idea ma ampiamente migliorabile

Spezzatino di lupini con verdure, non l’avevo mai provato ma è buonissimo e super proteico. Ioveg non sbaglia un colpo 😍
