BBQ Pulled “Pork” Sandwich Special

This was a fun mix of mushrooms and soy curls which actually worked really well and you can't go wrong with bbq

This sandwich is DELICIOUS!! Thank you @pdxveg for posting it! This tastes just like a traditional pulled pork sandwich but without all the murder! The coleslaw is crunchy, the BBQ sauce is tangy. The mushrooms and soy curls that make up the “pulled pork” is perfect! I’m in love! #veganisnotscary #veganlifestyle

This consisted of a meaty, tender mixture of shredded king trumpet mushrooms and savory soy curls standing in for 🐷 in a classic BBQ sauce, topped with pickles, coleslaw, and more BBQ sauce on pillowy, crisp, and buttery Texas toast. It was fantastic, hitting all the right notes. #saveveganrestaurants
