Vegan Eggs Benny

I love how they used an avocado as an egg replacement!

My first vegan Eggs Benedict! The portion size was great although possibly too much sauce which overloaded the plate. Tasty though!

Super saucy delicious tofu Benedict! I liked that it had a yolky eggy sauce as well as the hollandaise sauce, it was really tasty. However I think I would have preferred chives or dill over spring onions, and there was almost toooo much spinach for me! 😳 Overall, a very yummy, saucy, but quite expensive (£8.95) breakfast
