Rose Hibiscus Strawberry Shortcake

This is an option for the 6th course on the 2025 Valentine's Day prix fixe menu. I was so excited for this dessert and was not disappointed! The strawberries were so fresh and paired so well with the coconut whipped cream. This dish also had rosehip hibiscus syrup which gave it a subtle, but sweet, floral flavor.
