Pineapple Fried Rice

Very fresh and tasty! Love the presentation in the pineapple. I only wish the portion could be larger, for the price and because it was so good!

This is a very refreshing dish which I had tried in Hanoi. Although pineapple fried rice is quite common, the restaurant has put in much effort on both the taste and presentation. This dish also looks appetising and appealing at the same time.
