Pumpkin and mushroom amok

A great amok by my standards. I’ve had so many at this point it’s wild the amount of variation it can have. This one had big chunks of pumpkin in it, which I absolutely loved! My cousin Chloe who’s visiting also agreed.

Creamy and tasty. I am sure it’s really fattening 🤣 served in a larger serving than usual for this restaurant which I appreciate
