There’s a whole lotta deliciousness happening at Flying Saucer. Swipe to see my recent breakfast of potato pancakes, sautéed kale, fresh cinnamon spiced apple chunks, onions in a balsamic reduction & vegan sour cream topped with a dash of paprika. (Oh, they even tossed some tofu puffs into the mix for fun!) If you love potato pancakes, you will be delighted.
Please note this is a special and you must ask to have the dish veganized. They were helpful & happy to accommodate. Yum.
