This was served cold so I’m already disappointed.
I hate to be “that person” but a
cold apple tart just screams laziness from the restaurant.
The taste and texture of it was quite good. Just sweet enough without being overpowering and it was a great serving size. Base was firm without being too hard, which I also enjoyed. And you could taste the apples in it.
I did enjoy it but honestly, this was made with so little thought into how to make it worth the money. It’s not cheap.
Warm it up, add some vanilla gelato (vegan of course) and only then would it be great!
