Patty Melt

this #pattymelt was amazing! pig minds always does justice to their #sandwiches, and this is no different. this wasn’t actually my order, but i snuck multiple bites and feel as if i understand it (and enjoy) it enough to leave a review! this #sandwich consisted of a #veganburger patty topped with #caramelizedonions , #smokedgouda , sautéed #mushrooms, and a delicious cracked pepper aioli. the onions and mushrooms were cooked to perfection, and the burger was juicy and delicious! the #sourdough could have been a bit more toasted, but honestly that’s a nitpick. this is a solid option at pig minds… next time i go back i might have to order it myself!

This was my Omni husband's first impossible burger, he couldn't tell the difference. The whole sandwich was so good! The onions were cooked too perfection, so much flavor. The cheese was great. The fries were amazing too. All around great meal.

This all-vegan eatery ROCKS everything they make. The Patty Melt is made with the impossible Burger, garlic aioli, caramelized bourbon onions with melted cheeze served on marble rye. It was amazingly delicious!
