Paris Brest

Next up, the Paris Brest!! Wonderful choux pastry filled with peanut flavoured cream and topped with candied peanuts! If you love peanut, this is perfect for you!! Such great textures and the peanutty cream was so decadent.

I selected this dessert solely based on appearance and it did not disappoint! I am still not 100% sure what the flavours were, but I know it was delicious! The ring on top seemed like some sort of praliné with peanuts and the cream also had a bit of a nutty/caramel-y flavour! The pastry beneath was also otherworldly!

Un vrai délice ! Léger et sucré parfaitement (ni trop, ni pas assez) je pourrais en manger des tonnes 🤤
