Japanese Wasabi "Tuna" Poke Bowl

This is my first time trying tuna as a vegan, and man, they knocked this one out of the park 😊 The "tuna" tasted exactly like tuna poke I've had before becoming vegan. The wasabi marinade was delicious, and the texture of the "tuna" was super soft and slightly chewy. The fresh avocado and seaweed salad perfectly complimented the "tuna's" freshness. Next time I will order without pickled ginger because they put a TON of it and it wasn't mixing in too well with everything all at once.
