Pesto Salad Bowl

Green Salat with veggies (broccoli, potatoes, etc.) and marinated jackfruit and pesto. I had to extra season with salt and pepper, then it was nice. The jackfruit was quite plain though and could need some more flavor.

Pesto salad bowl with jackfruit, incredible! I don’t usually like jackfruit meat but this one is amazing and the flavours of this dish are incredible. Must try!!
