This has char-grilled mushrooms, brinjal, capsicum, onion, and tofu marinated in tandoori spices served with
yoghurt, mango chutney and rice. If you order the vegan version, they'll remove the yoghurt. Super tasty and filling.

pepper and eggplant. The gravy is spot on. Comes with mango chutney which I didn’t have, because the gravy on it’s own was that good.
The tandoori spices and sauce was really good, tomato-ey and juicy. The tofu chunks were also well marinated and soft. 😋

Its one of those dishes which was not great but at the same time it was not bad.
It had char-grilled mushroom, brinjal, capsicum, onion and tofu marinated in tandoori spices. The vegan option is served without yougurt but with mango chutney.

Just find the rice little for the huge amount of skewers! Skewers have mushroom, bell peppers, lady fingers, brinjal, and more!
they’ll remove the dairy items upon request. In all this was a Beautiful dish.
Sin has a range of vegan options, but they’re typically presented as veggie dishes that are veganisable.. while I’m glad they have these options, I do hope they will consider having their vegan dishes upfront, normalised and even celebrated. Especially since their vegan dishes are so beautifully cooked.
like chilli mango, it was amazing and going well with the tandoori skewers.
more spices/ was more flavourful. To me only the eggplant tasted good, the rest were quite underwhelming unfortunately. Rice was nice and fragrant though.
burpple 1 for 1 deal, but still felt like it was a little too ex!
