Mushroom shawarma Bowl

Oggi sono tornata da #shoukdc dopo nove anniiii Stesso tavolino, persona diversa, perchè quella con cui ero andata ora è in Italia 😅 Il mio amico ha preso questa ricca bowl composta da Oyster mushroom shawarma (buonissimi!!!), pickled green cabbage, cucumber, arugula e altra insalata, lenticchie, e salsa tahina. Finally tried the mushroom shawarma today! So glad I ordered two bowls yesterday, so I could try both the cauliflower and mushrooms! This is my absolute favorite place in DC and I hope I can back once more.

SO FREAKIN GOOD. I had a little taste while I was leaving the restaurant and ended up finishing half the bowl. Would DEFINITELY get this again.

Wow. This mushrooms had the perfect meaty texture, & a perfect blend of pickled veggies, fresh greens, grains & creamy sauce. Will absolutely order again!
