Mount Fuji

Delicious roll with inari , wrapped in rice paper . Had some lovely crunch in the middle .

This unique sushi was wrapped in rice paper, filled with tempura zucchini, inari, spring mix, avocado, tempura and teriyaki sauce. I loved the crispy breaded tempura bits and the rice paper. Yum!

Another great tempura roll from Shinka! It has zucchini tempura, inari marinated tofu, spring mix, avocado, tempura, vegan teriyaki, and vegan spicy mayo, all wrapped in rice paper. Tbh I don’t LOVE spring mix in sushi and you will notice it in this roll, but it’s a nice dose of greens among all the tempura 😂 All in all, this is a well-balanced roll that I’ve ordered twice and enjoyed both times. Though it’s only through looking at the two photos I’m posting that I realize they forgot the inari tofu the second time (first pic)! Maybe that’s why I noticed the spring mix so much 😅 #ottawa
