Mango Salad

We had our final lunch at the hotel. They said they could make this vegan by removing all the fish and fish sauce for us. One of my favourites! So bright and fresh! The herbal, nutty, fruity, and limey combinaron is just so nice. Definitely overpriced but that’s expected at a nice hotel.
