New menu! Nicest rendition of the allium-free OnlyEg I have eaten so far, as it

seemed to be further seasoned and fried. Also served with Omni classic fish fillet, tau kwa, long beans, cucumber, ikan bilis, roasted peanuts, and sambal chilli. Special shoutout to the fluffy and fragrant coconut rice too. One of the pricier items on the menu but totally reasonable since it contained more premium plant-based analogues. (Allium-free, $8.80)

Relatively new item on menu. It is slightly pricier cos of the fillet. (Think it’s

from the omnimeat fam) it is belly delicious and rather filling. Chilli is good. But I don’t like the vegan egg.. just my personal preference.. worth trying.. 🌱🤍

Brand new dish at Makan Vegan! I love that they used @onlyeg as I could

finally try it. @veganspicegirl told me that they do it better at Love Handle so I could not compare yet. But then again I really like the #fragrant rice together with the rest of the side.

Looked miserable but tasted good. The rice as mentioned by another reviewer, was not really

fragrant. Felt that the OnlyEgg and fried tofu were a little dry. The fish cutlet was good! Sambal was also good, the standard nasi lemak sweet sambal.

Disappointed as rice lacks fragrance and it's a fish cutlet, not chicken

The coconut milk rice had improved, more fragrant. But I would say the choices of

the dishes got worse than before. Not a fan of spam in general but this mock Spam is reminiscent of the non vegan Spam. The mock chicken in pandan leaf was ok but greasy. It's made of beancurd skin. Cabbage was okay and fried yuba was greasy. Will be good if there were peanuts. Sambal chili was nice.
