Chipotle Seasonal Bowl ft Spicy Vegan Chicken

Newly added to the Mad Mex menu, the Chipotle Seasonal Bowl comes with brown rice, kale, corn & pineapple salsa, cabbage, sweet potato, black quinoa, carrot, coriander, diced celery & the start of the show - chipotle dressing! I opted for spicy vegan chicken and replaced the rice with pinto beans 💚💚
