The #pulled #rendang #mushroom was next-level, #spicy and tender and fragrant and juicy and everything that animal meat can be. The second picture provides a better inside view 😉
Those crispy #chips on the side were also amazing. Love it that they didn't try to be too healthy and come up with air-fried or baked or boiled nonsense for me ☺️

realistic. How on earth does Green Rebel Foods do it?? I was literally second guessing myself the entire time that it wasn’t actually beef;- and the #rendang too was so well made! Packed and exploding with flavour, the #burger was nothing more than a means for transporting the rendang. I actually ate the buns and rendang separately, bit by bit, just so I could extend the whole dining experience. I might just get this again today 💕
The rendang was tasty and not too spicy so i enjoyed eating it very much.
The texture is chewy and the amount of rendang sauce is minimal so it didn’t get messy while eating. The chips were alright, it could be more crunchy.
Rendang is packed with flavours, however would be great to have more veggies in there.
The fries are also crispy 👌
Pulled Green Rebel mushroom 'beef' rendang with pickles. Presentation was a bit lacking but the
taste was good, succulent and spicy! Great for those who like fusion dishes. ($16) Btw the Green Rebel mushroom 'beef' rendang is also sold as a retail item at the plant-based butcher. ($6/150g) Contains alliums.
The rendang sauce is tasty but I don't love it in a burger form. I
prefer getting their fantastic rendang sauce in their rendang meatballs dish
The rendang flavour is 10/10 on point. But the burger on a whole lacks a
bit of layer cuz there’s only the rendang, no veggies or anything else.
Pulled rendang it's like real deal! I think so far the best vegan rendang i
had tasted. Sinfully finger lick'in good dinner ☺
