Quinoa burger on a pretzel bun

Definitely a splurge at local foods, but totally worth it for their quinoa burger on

a pretzel bun. They have a special sauce they make in house that just sets this dish on fire. Absolutely my favorite dish from local foods.

Really tasty sauces and the reasonably sweet pretzel bun add to the flavors. Likely a

bit too high on sugar content to be deemed healthy in spite of being vegan.
