Fried Plantains

Mmmmm a good place for drinks too! I love the plantain on the curry rice!

This Caribbean restaurant with an extensive vegetarian/vegan menu seriously deserves a huge shoutout!! Every dish we had was made with pretty simple ingredients but tasted amazing, like this fried plantain dish. They were beautifully caramelised and sweet.
