This is a cold jelly-like noodle dish, also from Dough Magic. Topped with other vegetables like carrots, cucumber and beansprouts. Drizzled with sesame sauce and chili (optional). I asked for less chilli, but it was still a little spicy for me. The beans on the sprouts were nice and crunchy. There were a variety of tastes and texture in the whole dish that complemented each other well. A bowl costs $3. Sadly, the noodles come in plastic boxes already although the rest of the ingredients are added to it on the spot.
