Avo On Toast With Extra Scramble Tofu

This dish was tasty and very beautiful to look at. However, a bit steeply priced for a slice of toast.

You can never go wrong with a Lexi's breakfast! This was so delicious ~ toasted sourdough with creamy avo and topped with their delicious tofu scramble. It may look smallish on the plate but I found it to be very filling. And can we just admire how beautifully presented this dish is too 🥰

Classic breakfast, light, but still filling. And tastes wonderful too.

My ‘morning after a night out’ breakfasts have really changed 😅 This was simple, delicious and made me feel human again. Also really filling. Was full till way after lunch time. #veganisnotscary
