I love how
overall this is a less processed lighter version, as it uses mushrooms and homemade cashew cheese (yum!) as opposed to seitan and commercial vegan cheese, like I've had at other cafes. Also has the usual pumpernickel and sauerkraut. GF option available!
Comes with one veggie side which was a refreshing addition.
Compared to the dishes my family got I think I preferred this one the most!
