Sandwich with Smoked Tofu

I'm not even joking, this is one of the best things I have eaten during

all my 23 years of living. :D So good!! From the big amount of yummy cream cheese to the smoked "salon" carrot - but most importantly the tofu. Omg. How do they even do that marinade? I long to know, it's so good.
