Wasn’t sure quite what to expect when I came across this dish on the menu, but I was pleasantly surprised. Such unique and delicious flavours. The rice itself is fragrant with ginger, and the fried “chicken” was so indulgent - crispy crumbed and fried yuba. It was served with dou bao (which I would describe as flavourful parcels of yuba that had a softer, egg-like texture) and a hot and zingy sauce 🌶️🍋 with fresh slices of cucumber to cool the palate 🥒 I will definitely order this again when I’m feeling like a treat!
