Hotpot

Vinimos a un restaurante típico Chino que sirven Hot Pot⛩️🍜 es una olla caliente (puede ser picante, con especias, etc) y diferentes ingredientes crudos para meterlos al agua💕 Así que pedimos una variedad de champiñones, noodles y otros vegetales. Lo que más me llamó la atención fue unas láminas de bambú muy muy ricas, se parecia mucho a los palmitos. Una experiencia que hay que hacer 👌

The vegetables are fresh and tasty, but the real hero of the meal here is the broth. We got the tomato and the mushroom broths, and they were fantastic. Particularly the mushroom, which was a surprise as I typically don't enjoy mushroom flavor so much as I tolerate it. And the service is great alongside the meal
