I wasn't as big of a fan of this chef
curated bowl, purely because of the
cauliflower rice. Next time, I would swap for #noodles or rice. It had great fresh ingredients, including snow peas 🫛, zuhcinni, peppers, and a LARGE helping of Dr. Praeger’s #vegan chicken in a vegan teriyaki soy sauce. I would also change out the sauce for one of their more flavorful options. They offer three serving sizes (small, medium, and large). This is a medium bowl, and it was huge and very dense with the cauliflower rice. It was a bit pricey for almost $16, but it did have a lot of faux chicken. I also appreciate that they clean the grills and utensils between customers so there isn't cross contamination with their meats. They do have a good amount of #vegan options, which is fantastic! Being located on campus, I love they are providing vegan options for college kids!
