English Breakfast with an Eastern Twist

This lunch was a cornucopia of ingredients and flavours! I loved the idea of a twist on a full English breakfast, and they really did the most! Toast with beans, a tofu scramble, lentil salad with quinoa, greens, roasted veggies, grapes, applies, walnuts and pumpkin seeds, a falafel with hummus, and sausage with a sweet and creamy dipping sauce. Every element was delicious. I really couldn’t fault it, other than the sauce for the sausage which I found a little strange. 22€ was a bit hefty, but you don’t leave hungry!
