We went for lunch at this completely vegan bakery on our day trip to Zaanse Schans and were so impressed! We had the Surinamese pastry, the mushroom savoury roll, and a couple of pizza pastries as well as an apple pie and two cappuccinos... We even took some vegan stroopwaffels home as souvenirs. We were so impressed with the food that we haven't stopped talking about it since we got home. I wish we had a bakery like that closer to home!
