Spicy Vegan Curry

This curry was unique and legendary! It makes up for the fact it’s the only vegan option on the menu. Loved the sweet potato, eggplant, shiitake mushroom and side of black rice! Would love to get this again.

This dish is really flavorful with delicious veggies including sweet potato, snap peas, and mushrooms! Extremely filling!
