Croissant Hamm & Kaes

I really wanted to try Blackbird while I was in Bruges but when I arrived they were fully booked! Amazing for them, unfortunate for me🥲. I ended up just taking 2 things to go. This ham and cheese croissant was delightful. The croissant itself was so light and flaky and buttery. The cheese was nicely melted and the ham did in fact taste like ham. I really liked the addition of pickled onions as well to brighten it up. Super delicious:) 6.9€

I wasn’t very hungry so even though the menu was packed of delicious vegan items I only could fit in this #croissant. I liked how the pickles freshened everything up. I’ve had better vegan #cheese and #ham, but this was still tasty. Nice to support a fully vegan establishment. #veganbrugges
