I picked this off the menu weeks ago when I knew I'd be coming here.
This is under their "CV Classics" section on the menu. It has a housemade omelete, I think, made from either chickpea flour or mung bean, bell peppers, #tempeh bacon, potatoes, cheddar cheeze, tomato and corn salsa, #vegan sour cream and lettuce. It was absolutely delicious. I don't care for tempeh, but I liked the smokey flavor this had. It paired so nicely with the crispy seasoned potatoes and wonderful cheddar cheeze and salsa. It was so filling as well. I ended up taking some to go, only to eat in the car 20 minutes later. 🤣💯 This also has #nutfree and #glutenfree options. This was only $14, which is a great price for the amount of food, and basically everything is made from scratch.
