For our two year anniversary, my partner surprised me with these #vegantreats while we were at the bar where we first met! Although very rich, they were super delicious! Super chocolatey top with a layer of #coconut and #veganshortbread underneath. The cookie was really yummy, although a little crumbly. Definitely hard to finish cuz of the richness but I really enjoyed it. Thanks Yonas❤️
