This Saturday morning, as the family sleeps, I once again “intentionally” wandered to the cafe which provided me a most sumptuous vegan breakfast fix last weekend. This morning, the cafe specially created a mushroom sourdough toast with a leafy salad side. Paired with an oat milk flat white, this heathy vegan breakfast is delicious and highly recommended.
