Fragrant and flavourful #thairedcurry, with the #coconutmilk really doing wonders to temper/sweeten the naturally #spicy edge that the #curry has 😋 The ingredient portions were a bit measly in my opinion - if memory serves it was too few pieces of #tofu, of #aubergine, of #broccoli, and of #carrot, and then a load of #basil leaves (admittedly very tasty) and dollops of extra #coconutcream. Tasty but a fraction on the expensive side for the portion size and the price of RM30 😬 Even with the #flatbread on the side
