This consisted of tofu seasoned with Jamaican herbs and spices and cooked in a richly flavorful brown stew gravy with fresh veggies, rice and red beans cooked in seasoned coconut milk, tender seasoned cabbage, red and green bell peppers, and onions, and fried ripe, soft, sweet, caramelized plantains. It was delicious, hearty, nourishing, and satisfying. (Gluten-free)
