This is apparently a classic Lyonnaise speciality, so I felt like I had to try it! In Lyon the praline is iconically red, which I think is super cool. And, this brioche was out of the world good! The praline was so sweet and crispy and perfect with the soft brioche bun. So glad I tried it!
