Boba House’s Pad Thai has the best flavor of any vegan Pad Thai I’ve ever tried. It’s sweet yet salty and savory without going overboard on any one note. The noodle are cooked perfectly and they are always generous with the peanut toppings. It comes with a spring roll (not pictured) and sweet chili sauce. The spring roll that accompanies this dish is delicate and crispy. (Note: I ate mine before getting home so I could enjoy it hot and crunchy and before it could get soggy in transit.)
Boba House is also very accommodating of bring your own takeout containers, as long as they are clean. If you don’t BYOC, then the staff will happily provide eco-friendly takeout boxes. Note - I brought my own green box for my food in the picture.
